Winter frustrations. I have been experiencing A LOT of those lately. It has been so cold here - I guess I'm still used to the warmer winters we had in LR and I MISS THEM!! It's unbelievable how a couple hundred miles can make such a big difference. This morning, I go to start my car & what do I find? FROZEN CAR DOORS! Great. I mean they won't budge. Fianally, after much struggle, I manage pry the passenger side open & crawl to the other side. Very frustrating. So then, at lunch, I go to leave work, put my car in reverse & what do I find? FROZEN WHEELS!? What the heck? Yes, my wheels are frozen b/c I have to drive through a low water bridge which is often flowing w/ water, as it was this morning! Therefore, my wheels are frozen. Ugh. Finally get the wheels going. Later I come home after work and check the mail and...what do I find? A FROZEN MAILBOX!! That's right. I'm not kidding. My box is completely frozen shut...won't budge. Whatever, probably just bills anyway. So I go to unlock my front door to go inside after a long cold day & what do I find? Well of course - A FROZEN DEADBOLT!!! What else did I expect? Yes, that's right, the deadbolt won't turn. WHAT A DAY!!
By the time I finally got inside my house today, I just had to let out a scream at the top of my lungs. Literally!!
