Blast from the past!
So I found my old retainer the other day. Just for kicks I put it in - man was it tight! LOL I guess my teeth have shifted quite a bit since ... ummm ... 9th grade! Wow, has it really been that long? Man. I wonder - if I started wearing it, would it make my teeth go straight again?? Hmmmm....?

I found my old one recently and it would barely go in my mouth. I was in pain after a minute or so. So, I'm impressed that yours fit a bit better. Nice picture! Reminds me of the days.

ok, i got a retainer after braces in 8th grade i think. i wore it until just last year (age 29) after having alex. i couldn't remember to wear it anymore. i just told chris yesterday that i thought i would stop wearing it for good now as i was hesitant to put it back in as i know my teeth have shifted. ha!
oh, i remember those days....shifting teeth or not, i'm not wearing one again! :)
