Jeff and I went hiking over the weekend with my dad & step mom. We went to Kings River Falls & took a picnic dinner. The water was up quite a bit. So much so, that it washed part of the trail away! But it was a gorgeous outing and we had such a good time! AND! I only picked 2 ticks off of me!! UGH. I'm being sarcastic, but yes, I really did pick off 2 ticks. They are going to be bad as usual this year. Here are a couple of pics:







On our way home it was dark & we stopped at this old abandoned little general store. There was no light so we took our flashlight in. It was out in the middle of nowhere & there was so much junk inside. Very creepy, but really cool! I love going into old creepy abandoned buildings - I know...I'm strange LOL!
