Last weekend we were supposed to go canoeing, but due to the weather, we changed our plans. Instead, we drove around a good part of the day trying to avoid the storms that were in nearly EVERY direction & eventually ended up at natural dam. Its a beautiful area, but it was so crowded - with rednecks! LOL!! One guy was so drunk, I just knew he was going to bust his head open on the rocks. Scary. But we walked downstream away from the crowd & had a very pleasant afternoon of fishing & relaxing. A few pics:

And this is our new turtle. His name is Tracks because he looks like he has bear tracks going up his shell. He is so cute...really little. We saved him from crossing the HWY on our way to Natural Dam. We had 3 other turtle rescues that day too! Man, do I blog a lot about turtles or what?! Sheesh!

Love the turtle pics! Sabrina has been discovering turtles again lately.....poor things, we have to go rescue them from her....she must think they're balls to play with or something :)
oooooowww...LOVE the turtle pics! especially the one with jeff holding a hundred of them in each hand! you guys need to open up a turtle refuge..i would come visit it :)
