Kitty!!!

My mom came over Monday night & we all went walking. We were walkin along & came to this house with all these ADORABLE kittens in the driveway - I just had to pet one!! They were all so skittish except this one. He came right up to me & just rubbed all over me. I petted him for a while & then got up to leave. He followed. I reached down patted his head, walked away again, and he followed. We all stopped again & he then proceeded to JUMP clear up onto my mom's SHOULDERS!!!! This is where he happily sat purring! It was sooooo funny! I said either you're taking this cat home, or I am!! Needless to say - my mom now has a new pet :) Meet Rascal Hoch -

Mom liked the name Rascal because he's such a spoiled stinker! Hoch is a German word for jump/hop (he's good at that - I have plenty of holes in my shirt to prove it). Really, he is the most lovable cat I have ever seen in my life!!!!!! He LOVES to be held. Constantly. He's not interested in playing like most kittens - he is just a lover!!!! LOL!

If you think about it, please pray for my mom! She recently found out her kidneys are shutting down due to diabetes. She goes in next week to get all her test results.

(And btw, we didn't steel Rascal ;) The owners told us to take him. They just had another litter of 8 more the previous day!!! )
