Safe & Sound
Well, I made it home from work!! Usually, that's not very blog worthy news, but considering NWA is under an ice storm warning, I'd say I'm lucky. I slid my entire way home! The roads don't "look" bad at all, but they are slick as snot in some places! They are predicting we are going to get .5 to 1.0 inch of ice tonight & tomorrow. YIKES!!! I tried to get up my driveway (it's a hill up into the garage) and I couldn't make it! My tires just spun in place so I had to reverse & get a little more momentum. Crazy. Jeff is on his way home now and we are gonna stay hunkered down the rest of the night like a couple of little icehicklets. Let's see...

oh man. we'll be praying for you guys. i forget that we have friends in NWA now! praise God you got home safely! kekoa's and my school got cancelled but matt had to go in. stay safe!
